Boise State Department of Instructional and Performance
Technology Hosts Open House on Oct. 17
Boise State Universitys Department of Instructional and Performance
Technology will host an open house from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 17, in
the Hatch A Ballroom in the Student Union Building.
Anyone interested in learning about the IPT master of science program, as
well as current students and graduates, is invited. Free parking is
available in the parking lot behind the Student Union.
The IPT master of science program is intended to prepare students for
careers in the areas of instructional design, performance improvement,
training, e-learning, multimedia development, organizational development
and human performance consulting. A unique aspect of the IPT program is
that students and working professionals can attend classes entirely
online, or on campus, or a combination of both.

Experience, will provide opportunities to:
-
Learn about the degree and how
organizations can benefit from the internship opportunities available
through the department and its students.
-
Network with graduates of the IPT
program who are employed in various industries.
-
Attend a presentation by IPT
faculty and students who traveled to Seoul, South Korea, this summer
to participate in an Inter-Institutional Symposium.
-
Meet IPTs newest faculty member,
Anthony Marker.
-
Enjoy refreshments.
