Boise State Alumni Association To Host Events In Utah Oct. 21 and 22

Boise State University alumni and fans of the Bronco football team are invited to attend two social events in Utah this weekend before Saturday’s BSU-Utah State football game. Both events are sponsored by the Boise State Alumni Association.

The first event will be “Boise State Night in Salt Lake City,” from 7-9 p.m. Friday at the Visitors’ Center Gallery at Olympic Cauldron Park. The gathering, hosted by Boise State President Bob Kustra and his wife, Kathy, will include a presentation by Nancy Napier, a Boise State professor of international business, who will discuss “Can Creativity Make You More Successful?” Napier will talk about three unique success stories and how their experiences can apply to others. Pre-registration is suggested. Cost is $20 per person.

On game Saturday beginning at 1:30 p.m. the Alumni Association will host its pre-game “Bronco Bash” tailgate party northwest of Romney Stadium on the Utah State campus in Logan. Fans and friends will gather in parking lot on 800 East and Johnson Field near the stadium. Reservations are not required. Kickoff of the Boise State-Utah State game is 4:40 p.m. A $5 cover charge will be assessed at the door.

Food and beverages will be available at both events.

Participants can call (208) 426-1698 or register online at http://alumni.boise.state.edu
