Selland College Offers
Scooter Safety Course
Boise State University’s Idaho STAR
Motorcycle Safety Program will offer a scooter safety course Nov. 11-13. The
class is open to the public, but is limited to the first 12 students.
The one-time course will be held from 6-9:30 p.m, Friday, Nov. 11, and 8
a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 12 and 13, at Meridian Middle School.
The course is geared toward beginner and intermediate riders. Cost is $75.
Participants must bring their own street legal scooter along with proof of
insurance.
For more information or to register call 426-5552. The class is offered in
cooperation with the Larry Selland College of Applied Technology and the
Department of University Security.
