Boise State ROTC Cadet Ranked in Top 15 Percent of Nation

Nicolas E. Adams of Nampa, a senior majoring in political science at Boise State University, was named among the top 15 percent of Army Reserve Officers� Training Corps (ROTC) cadets nationwide. Adams has also been named a Distinguished Military Student, meaning he is in the top third of his class and possesses outstanding qualities of leadership, high moral character and a definite aptitude for military service.
 

Adams, a 2002 graduate of Skyview High School, is the son of Elke and Edward Adams, originally from Erlenbach, Germany, and Grand Forks, N.D., respectively. Adams received a four-year ROTC scholarship in 2002, the Idaho Promise Scholarship in 2002-2004, and was on the dean�s list in 2003.
