Agencies Present Workshops for Real Estate Agents, Property
Developers
The Idaho Small Business Development Center, the Idaho Department of
Environmental Quality and the Idaho Realtors Association will present
�Environment Matters in Real Estate: A Workshop for Idaho,� on Feb. 15 in
Boise and on March 1 in Coeur d�Alene.
The workshop is designed for residential and commercial real estate agents
and property developers and will teach participants about outdoor and indoor
environmental issues impacting properties, real estate transactions and
environmental liability, Idaho disclosure law and Brownfields.
Registration is $35 per person and is limited to the first 90 participants.
