Boise State Night at the Stampede Set for Feb. 17
Boise State basketball fans are invited to check out the “other” team in
town later this month during “Boise State Night at the Stampede.”
The Idaho Stampede of the Continental Basketball Association will offer
discounted tickets, and the Boise State Alumni Association will sponsor a
pre-game reception for Bronco fans prior to the Stampede’s Feb. 17 game at
Qwest Arena against Western Division-leading Yakima.
The no-host reception will start at 6 p.m. in Qwest Arena’s Sports Zone and
will feature members of the Bronco football team, who will be available to
visit with fans and sign autographs.
The game between the Stampede and Sun Kings begins at 7:05 p.m.
Tickets for Bronco fans will be discounted from $17 to $8.50. Tickets can be
purchased in advance by calling 388-4667. To receive the discount, simply
identify yourself as a Boise State fan. Fans who attend the game are asked
to wear blue and orange as they cheer on the Stampede.
