Metals Artist Joanna Gollberg to Present Workshop at Boise State

Boise State University and the Idaho Metal Arts Guild will present a two-day workshop with artist Joanna Gollberg. Gollberg will teach from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. April 22-23 in the Boise State Arts Metals Studio, Room 157 in the Liberal Arts Building. Gollberg also will deliver a free lecture at 7 p.m. April 21 at the Boise State Student Union Building Brink Room.

Gollberg is the author of �Making Metal Jewelry: Projects, Techniques, Inspiration,� �Creative Metal Crafts: 25 Beautiful Projects for Your Home,� and her latest, �The Art and Craft of Making Jewelry: A Complete Guide to Essential Techniques.� Gollberg, who is based in Asheville, N.C., is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Her work has appeared in numerous exhibitions both nationally and abroad.
