Idaho Small Business Development Center Offers Workshop for
Real Estate Agents, Developers
The Idaho Small Business Development Center, the Idaho Department of
Environmental Quality and the Idaho Realtors Association will host a
workshop on June 21 in Nampa for real estate agents and property developers
titled “Environment Matters in Real Estate: A Workshop for Idaho.”
The workshop is designed for residential and commercial real estate agents
and developers and will teach participants about outdoor and indoor
environmental issues impacting properties, real estate transactions and
environmental liability, and Brownfields.
The workshop will be held at the Hispanic Cultural Center of Idaho, 315
Stampede Drive in Nampa. Registration is $50 per person and is limited to
