The whole family
can enjoy the sounds of the holiday season during the Boise State University
Music Department’s annual Family Holiday Concert, 7:30 p.m. Dec. 3 in the
Morrison Center Main Hall. Tickets are $7 general, $5 seniors, $1 students
through Select-a-Seat, (208) 426-1494 or

This year’s concert will feature performances by the University Orchestra, the
Trombone Ensemble, the Faculty Brass Quintet, the University Choral Groups, the
Flute Ensemble and the Tuba-Euphonium Ensemble.
The program will include works by Max Reger, Egil Hovland, William Mathia, Trond
Kverno, Gerald Finzi and Ian Clarke as well as holiday favorites such as “Angels
We Have Heard on High,” “Fum, Fum, Fum,” “The Wassail Song,” “O Come, O Come
Emmanuel,” “O Tannenbaum,” “In Dulci Jubilo,” the suite from “The Nutcracker,”
and “Jingle Bells.”
