Experience a 'Polynesian Paradise' at the Hui-O-Aloha Luau at
Boise State University
Enjoy a slice of island life at the annual Hui-O-Aloha Luau April 21 in the
Student Union Jordan Ballroom at Boise State University. Doors open at 5 p.m.
for reserve ticket holders and will open shortly after that for general ticket
holders. Tickets are $15 students, $20 general and $30 reserved at the Student

This year’s theme, “Polynesian Paradise,” features dances and cuisine from
Hawaii, Samoa, Tonga, Tahiti and New Zealand. Dishes from the islands will be on
hand, including Kalua pig, teriyaki chicken, rice, green salad, macaroni salad
and rolls. Guests who arrive early can try a “Taste of Polynesia” menu,
including fa’i, lupulu, lomi-lomi salmon and chop suey.
The luau is an opportunity for the students of the Boise State University Hui-O-Aloha
club to share their culture with area residents. For more information, call the
Student Union Info Desk at (208) 426-4636.
