Alumni Association Plans 'Celebration in Seattle' Events in
Conjunction with UW Football Game
The Boise State Alumni Association and its Puget Sound chapter invite Bronco
football fans from Idaho and Washington for a “Celebration in Seattle” in
conjunction with the BSU-Washington football game Sept. 8 and in celebration
of Boise State’s 75th anniversary. Activities will be held Sept. 7, the
evening before the game, and on game day on the UW campus.
The activities begin when alumni and Boise State supporters gather in
Seattle’s world-famous Space Needle from 7-9 p.m. Sept. 7. The program will
start at 8 p.m. Admission is $20 per person and includes one hosted
beverage, heavy hors d’oeuvres and a spectacular view. Advanced valet
parking can be purchased for $10. Due to limited space, advance reservations
are strongly recommended.
The celebration continues on Sept. 8 with the BroncoBash pregame tailgate
party from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. PST. The event will be on the ball field at
the corner of Walla Walla and Canal Road on the University of Washington
campus. The location is adjacent to public parking and about a five-minute
walk to Husky Stadium. Admission is $5 and includes access to a no-host bar
and snacks.
To register, call the Boise State Alumni Association at (208) 429-1698 or go
