All faculty are invited to participate in a roundtable discussion titled “Generating Student Buy-in to Group Learning.”
The roundtable will be led by Shawn Simonson, associate professor of kinesiology, along with other members of a faculty interest group that has been meeting to discuss effective strategies for student group work and collaborative learning.
Two opportunities for roundtable discussion will be offered: 3-4 p.m. Thursday, March 15,or 10-11 a.m. Friday, March 16, in the Center for Teaching and Learning (ILC, Room 315). Registration is optional at http://ctl.boisestate.edu/events/workshops/default.asp?filter=ctl.
