Be aware that this update requires new software profiles installed on computers in order to access the VPN system. The OIT Help Desk has attempted to individually notify those who use VPN of the changes, but if you find you cannot connect to the VPN or have any other issues, please contact the Help Desk at ext. 6-4357, or e-mail the Help Desk.
