Get Fit During ‘Walktober’

Lace up your tennis shoes — fall is the perfect time of year to get outside and enjoy the changing colors and cooler temperatures.

Join Health, Wellness and Counseling this year for Walktober, a month-long incentive program created to encourage employees to exercise regularly. Set personal goals, receive encouraging tips and track progress.

By signing up to participate in Walktober, participants will have access to great tasting recipes, inspiring fall pictures, the ability to create a customized walking route using MapWalk and the opportunity to win fabulous prizes. The first 50 individuals to sign up will receive a pedometer to keep. Pedometers also are available to rent by contacting
