Career Center Dedicates Resource Room to Dick Rapp

The Career Center has unveiled the Richard Rapp Resource Room, in recognition of the former Career Center director’s 37 years of exceptional leadership and dedicated service to the students of Boise State.

In addition to his service with the Career Center, Rapp served as president of the Professional Staff Association, interim director of Financial Aid and interim executive director of the Alumni Association.

The Career Center is now located along with Advising and Academic Enhancement in the Technical Services Building east of the Student Union Building. The co-location is intended take advantage of the synergies between the two organizations and make it easier and more convenient for students to use the services of both. Additional departments in the building include the Testing Center and International Learning Opportunities.

The center is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The campus community is invited to drop by anytime to visit the new space.
