Boise State’s Office of Information Technology developed the app and recently added a version for android devices as part of efforts to expand the digital platform for the show. With just one click, listeners who download the app to their phones or other devices can listen to recent interviews anytime.

Reader’s Corner, hosted by Boise State President Kustra, airs Fridays at 6 p.m. and repeats Sunday at 11 a.m. on KBSX 91.5 FM. Interviews are posted at Reader’s Corner online, where listeners also can subscribe to a free email podcast. In addition, the radio show is on PRX, the Public Radio Exchange.

Now in its 14th year, Reader’s Corner has featured interviews with Nobel laureates, Pulitzer Prize and National Book Award recipients, as well as with many authors whose works have won international acclaim and been named to “best book” lists. Upcoming interviews include Jacob Hacker, author of “American Amnesia,” Leonard Sax, author of “The Collapse of Parenting,” and Sy Montgomery, author of “The Soul of an Octopus.”
