The university is embarking on a national search to fill the position of vice president and chief financial officer.
Stacy Pearson announced recently that she has accepted a position as vice president for finance and administration at Washington State University beginning March 1.
Pearson was appointed vice president for finance and administration at Boise State in 2004 after serving for eight years as the university’s associate vice president for finance and administration. During her tenure, Pearson has supervised campus planning and facilities operations, the development of the campus master plan and the successful completion of the most aggressive building campaign in the Boise State history that included the addition of more than 1.5 million square feet of campus space. She also was instrumental in helping campus through the recession years.
