All Classes Canceled Tuesday, Jan. 10

Classes at Boise State University are canceled for Tuesday, Jan. 10.

Some university services, like those for the students who live and eat on campus, will remain operational as they must. Also, the Student Recreation Center is open and fitness classes are being held as scheduled.

Some areas will close early. The Cycle Learning Center is closing at 4 p.m. and Albertsons Library will close at 5 p.m.

After a week of nearly round-the-clock battle with the snow, water and ice, Tuesday morning’s wet snowfall on top of so much meltwater from the day before created poor conditions on both many area roads and campus pathways.

Students who live on campus are urged to be as careful as possible when walking on the grounds. Faculty and staff are urged to use caution and discretion. All are encouraged to communicate with their professors or supervisors.
