This class is not designed for highly fit individuals.

The classes will be held from 5:10-6:10 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday evenings in Bronco Gym, Room 215, from March 1-April 27. Participants will be led by kinesiology majors who are enrolled in a physical activity and aging class. Participants also will receive an individualized home exercise program.
