Learn More About Executive Order on Immigration

President Donald Trump issued a second Executive Order relating to immigration that is set to become effective on March 16, 2017. It replaces a January order on the same subject that was enjoined by a federal judge in the State of Washington.

The new Executive Order potentially could affect members of the Boise State campus community, and university General Counsel Matt Wilde has released a memo to offer them guidance, help and support. Read the memo here.
