Be BroncoFit for the Treasure Valley Heart Walk June 10

Runners runningOne in three Americans has some form of cardiovascular disease. As part of BroncoFit, join our Boise State team the morning of June 10 at Julia Davis Park for the Treasure Valley Heart Walk, in support of reducing heart disease and stroke. Family and friends are welcome to attend this community event fit for all abilities and ages.

The event includes a 5K heart walk, one-mile stroke walk, 10K timed race, and a heart healthy festival that will include memorial and survivor tents, a VIP area, kid’s zone, pet zone, farmers market and more.

There is no registration fee for the 5K heart walk. However, all donations from the walk benefit the American Heart Association’s research, education, community programs and advocacy here in southern Idaho.

The 10K has a registration fee of $35.​ ​Once you register, you will be able to set up a personal page for donations or make a personal donation to the American Heart Association, if interested. Family and friends also can sign up under team Boise State University.
