The campus community is invited to come celebrate the official start of construction on the new Center for Fine Arts, a $42 million project on the west end of campus along Capitol Boulevard.

A groundbreaking ceremony is set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, and will feature remarks from Boise State President Bob Kustra, College of Arts and Sciences Dean Tony Roark and Department of Art Chair Kathleen Keys.

When complete, the five-story Center for Fine Arts will feature a world museum, studios, classrooms and more.
