New Locations for Summer Restorative Yoga Classes

By: Cienna Madrid   Published 4:56 pm / May 18, 2017

Restorative yoga is a place to breathe and unwind in a stress free environment. The goal of this Health Services class is relaxation rather than fitness. If you have never tried it before, consider taking some time for yourself and checking it out.

The usual class location (Kinesiology Annex, Room 201) is occupied during much of the summer, so please see below for the new summer schedule. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or a towel for the Student Union Building locations. These classes are walk-in, so no prior sign-up is needed.

Day: Wednesdays
Time: 12:10-12:50 p.m.

Locations:
Through June 7: Kinesiology Annex, Room 201
June 14: Simplot A Ballroom, SUB
June 21: No class
June 28: Hatch A Ballroom, SUB
July 5: Hatch A Ballroom, SUB
July 12: Bergquist Lounge, SUB
July 19: Hatch A Ballroom, SUB
