Human Resources has partnered with the Office of Institutional Compliance to implement required Search Committee Training and Recruitment Pool Certification to ensure compliance requirements are being met.
This training will provide search committee members, hiring managers, faculty chairs and departmental assistants who play a role in the recruitment and hiring processes with an understanding of the realigned recruitment and certification process. In addition, this training will ensure that all departments involved in a search process are supporting the university’s efforts as an Affirmative Action employer. Topics to be covered will include the new recruitment pool certification process, the diversity analysis of the recruitment pool, and other HR essentials for search committee participation.
