University Event Services Moves to One Bill

By: Sherry Squires   Published 3:25 pm / June 22, 2017

Boise State University Event Services has unveiled a one-bill invoice service for all events and catering on campus. This new service simplifies processes, removing multiple invoices and improving billing and payments, and placing all event service charges on a single bill.

The new service began as a soft launch on March 27 and has since been fully implemented as a one-bill system for all events booked through University Event Services.

Additionally, the new one-bill service provides a review window of five business days to university departments and student organizations to view invoices prior to charges being automatically transferred from department accounts.

The one-bill service is just the first of many improvements University Event Services is unveiling, including a one-stop-shop approach to campus event planning that will launch fall 2017. The one-stop-shop approach will provide one contact, one confirmation and one bill for event services. Charges included on the one bill may include equipment rentals, personnel costs, parking, deliveries, security, catering and other event-related charges.
