Boise State Dining Services has added new dining experiences and opportunities to campus beginning in fall 2017.

The state’s largest Starbucks opened Aug. 14 in the Student Union Building (SUB). A grand opening event is slated for Aug. 23 with fun prizes and cost-saving specials.
10:30 a.m.-7 p.m.Monday-Friday
A local favorite, Mai Tai will be returning to campus with a station at the center of the SUB food court. Mai Tai will be located in the former Moxie Java space and opens Aug. 21. Mai Tai will offer fresh daily dishes, including a fresh-rolled sushi station.
The Patio Cafe
5:30-7:30 p.m. Sunday-Thursday
Opening Aug. 21, the Patio Cafe is a new pop-up cafe offering additional dining options for the dinner hours for the first months of the fall semester. Enjoy an outdoor dining experience under colorful umbrellas on the east Student Union patio with delicious themed buffets and coordinating music for $11.84.
Retail on the Quad
11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday
Dining Services will be offering $2 value meals on the Quad Tues.-Thurs., subject to weather and while supplies last. Each meal includes an eight-ounce soda and offers a new option each day, including: Moe’s two street tacos on Tues.; Panda Express Orange Chicken on Weds.; and Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich on Thurs. In addition, $1 ice cream will be available during the same hours on warm weather days.
Pick 3 Grab-and-Go Options
New this semester, the Fresh Express, P.O.D. and C-stores across campus will offer a new grab-and-go option. Either purchase items individually at regular retail cost, or use a meal swipe to purchase three items from the following categories: one carb, one fruit, one veggie, one protein. The Pick 3 will be available at all P.O.D. and Fresh Express locations each week day.

9 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesdays (Dutch Bros. only)
The ever-popular food trucks return to campus beginning Aug. 22, located just west of the greenhouses near the science and education buildings. Various food trucks, including Urban Smoke, Awesome Burger, the Gyro Shack, Churro Bros., Mad Mac and Kono Pizza, will alternate from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday, while Dutch Bros. will be on campus 9 a.m.-2 p.m. each Wednesday. Trucks are dependent on weather and scheduled through mid-November.
