Calling All Mentors

Are you looking for an opportunity to mentor or might know someone who should? This year’s Shared Leadership program is seeking individuals who are seeking a mutually beneficial opportunity.

Benefits of becoming a Shared Leadership Mentor are insurmountable. You’ll be working one-on-one with someone who is enthusiastic about collaborating, learning and improving. You’ll have the satisfaction of watching that individual grow while you advance and practice your interpersonal and leadership skills. In fact, Forbes magazine recently publicized how mentor partnerships play a huge role is stress reduction and employee retention.
