Boise State’s newest dining option, SouthFork Market, will be a part of an Honors College and Sawtooth Hall dedication ceremony on Oct. 24 to celebrate the recent opening of the building.
A soft-launch of SouthFork Market will begin Oct. 17, giving the campus community an opportunity to taste offerings before the dedication.
Open to all students, faculty, staff and campus guests, SouthFork Market will offer fresh food concepts served as an a-la-carte experience where items can be selected from any of the four stations.
The food stations include a soup, salad and specialty sandwich; Mongolian BBQ; grill, including hamburgers and salmon; and a home-style chef specialty option. In addition to the stations, vegan and gluten-sensitive meals will be available at SouthFork.
SouthFork Market was named after the South Fork of the Boise River, a name submitted by student Heather Campbell.
SouthFork Market is open seven days per week:
Breakfast: 7-11 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Dinner: 4-10 p.m.
