Elizabeth Ramsey and Deana Brown recently published an article titled “Feeling like a fraud: Helping students renegotiate their academic identities,” in the journal College and Undergraduate Libraries. The article discusses ways in which academic libraries can assist students in overcoming imposter syndrome, improving the odds of their persistence and success at university. Ramsey and Brown will speak to the idea of imposter syndrome as it relates to Boise State staff at an employee learning and development presentation on Nov. 29.
