Department of Public Safety Now Handling All Electronic Access Requests

Boise State’s Department of Public Safety has updated the process of electronic access requests. A newly formed integrated security technologies group within the department now is handling all electronic access requests, such as adding/removing badge access levels, setting office and exterior door open and close times, and any other electronic access functions.

Requests no longer will go through the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Service Requests team. All requests should be sent to accesscontrol@boisestate.edu.

Access control support has a dedicated staff for the sole purpose of meeting campus electronic access needs. Please contact the team with any questions at accesscontrol@boisestate.edu.
