BroncoFit Offers Three Free Classes for Boise State Employees

BroncoFit is offering three classes at no charge to employees this semester.

  • Stretch and Tone: A 40-minute class focusing on lengthening and strengthening your muscles. All fitness levels are welcome. Starting Jan. 17, this class will take place from 12:10-12:50 p.m. Wednesdays in the Kinesiology Annex Room 201.
  • REFIT®: A group fitness program that uses value-positive music, movement, and messaging to build community. Each class includes cardio, agility, strength, dance, toning, flexibility and stretching. Starting Jan. 11, REFIT will be offered from 4:45-5:45 p.m. on Thursdays at various locations.
  • Restorative Yoga: Forty minutes of relaxation and deep breathing. Calm your body and mind before you leave for the weekend. Starting Jan. 19, Restorative Yoga will be held from 12:10-12:50 p.m. Fridays in the Kinesiology Annex Room 201.

No prior signup is required for any of the classes.
