More than 3,000 prospective students and their guests are expected on Saturday, April 14, for the fourth annual Bronco Day — the biggest campus open house of the year. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. in the Recreation Center and a welcome address from 10-10:30 a.m. kicks off a day full of academic information sessions and activities.
Visitors can explore parts of campus that aren’t often seen during a typical campus visit during campus-wide open houses, tours, drop-in academic activities, student presentations and more. The events showcase many of the university’s academic and student involvement opportunities and allow high school students and their guests to interact with faculty, current students and staff in an engaging and informal way. Prospective students also can learn about financial aid opportunities, the admissions process, campus housing and more.
Lunch will be provided and the second part of the day will be all about experiencing Bronco spirit, enjoying the spring football game and tailgate party.
